BLP has always worked in order to improve quality in construction. However, more recent definitions of quality have included the developing concept of “sustainability”; often, it is not clear what this word means to different people and to the roles they carry out.
Our main aim is to help the industry to ground the concept of sustainable construction in everyday reality. We do this through our unique understanding of design quality and of component and material “performance-in-use”, and through the provision of consultancy services and design tools.
