Our free Life cycle cost (LCC) toolkit provides an uncomplicated method of demonstrating a commitment to value for money and compliance with HCA Guidelines, which in turn supports grant applications. The toolkit provides British Standard compliant life cycle cost analyses of archetype HCA house types, with just a few clicks on screen.
We have also created project ‘Butterfly’ in collaboration with Willmott Dixon, UCL Energy Institute and University of Cambridge Centre for Sustainable Development. This tool will calculate the life cycle cost and the environmental impact of the design and components for both new build and refurbished residential buildings.
