BOPAS Breakfast Briefing

BLP's David Osrin will be speaking at the next Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) breakfast briefing on 3 November. Sam Ferneley (Business Development Executive, BLP Consult) will also attend.
BOPAS was developed by BLP, Lloyd's Register EMEA, Buildoffsite, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Council of Mortgage Lenders to provide assurance to the lending community and valuers, that non-traditional systems of construction can be used in new house-building with total confidence and traceability, with the option of insurance cover to provide additional certainty.

The breakfast briefing will provide an overview of BOPAS Certification and its role in supporting innovative forms of house-building.
