This morning seminar, in partnership with the BPF, will focus on how the Government intends to deliver on its target of 300,000 new homes per year.
The debate will address some of the key issues and considerations for success including financing of the sector, whether the National Planning Policy Framework goes far enough to bring forward development and why policy must take into account different types of housing tenure.
The seminar will be chaired by Liz Peace, CBE and Chair of the Old Oak and Park Royal Mayoral Development Corporation. Speakers include:
